Hi.

Welcome to my blog and thanks for stopping by.

Gotta Go: 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge

Gotta Go: 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge

A waterfront retreat in Brooklyn? Yes.

If you took a look at my most recent style post, you saw backgrounds of vivid greenery and purely chic lusciousness. My family and I visited 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge and it was instantly recognizable why it's rated as one of New York City's top hotels. From the moment you step into the guest lobby, you are transported to a modern bungalow in Costa Rica. The INC Architecture & Design planned space is a local wanderlust dream of reclaimed beams, plant draped rusticated walls, and obsidian rock.

Although I would've been fine taking a seat on the staircase for the entire night, our mission was for the rooftop.

It's everything you need from being on top of a building and more. The views of Lower Manhattan are so sick and light UP in the ways that only New York City can. The bar is organized in a fashion that you can be all in the mix of the more general space or take a reserved seat on the more quiet side. The light bites and craft cocktails like the Corn Dogs and White Sangria are A+.

I could go on and on - there's enough to see and do in 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge that I can forever. I'll spare you the rambling and just leave you with this picture of the Plunge Pool as a kiss goodbye.

If you go, and you gotta, come back and let me know what you think,

Cheers!
